More than 1.4 million unborn babies are killed each year in America, tens of thousands of whom were conceived by a minor out of wedlock; and

Activist pro-abortion judges routinely render state parental intervention laws ineffective by rubber-stamping "judicial bypass" requests so often that many laws are rarely enforced; and
​
The lack of a unified national law makes it easy to avoid state parental involvement laws simply by transporting teenage girls to neighboring states without such safeguards; and
​
Passage of a tough, national parental intervention law would in the coming years not only save the lives of tens of thousands of innocent babies, but would also build momentum for an end to all abortion-on-demand by exposing the radical nature of pro-abortion politicians.

I urge you to cosponsor and do all in your power to pass the Parental Notification and Intervention Act (H.R. 799) which would give parents in all fifty states the right to stop an abortion on their minor daughter.
