Even though Roe v. Wade has been overturned, hundreds of thousands of babies are still slaughtered every month. And the biggest reason is chemical abortion pills.
This bill, introduced by Congressman Andy Ogles, will immediately ban abortion pills and stop the abortion lobby’s schemes to deal out abortion pills without oversight. It is urgent pro-lifers act quickly.
The Dangers of Chemical Abortion Demand Action
The abortion lobby and their friends in the FDA spent millions of dollars to develop biased research and advertising to convince mothers that RU-486 is “safe, private and convenient.”
The truth is that abortion pills are never safe for the baby and too often lethal to the mother.
A recent study of nearly 900,000 insurance claims that found more than 10% of women experienced serious complications.
Even the FDA’s own hazard studies show that at least 32 mothers have died and thousands more hospitalized as a result of RU-486.
The Toll Grows From America's Chemical Abortion Industry
But since abortionists hide these truths, mothers who are facing difficult, emotional situations are tempted to quickly end their child’s life before they can receive counsel from family, friends or spiritual advisors.
That’s why chemical abortions are growing so quickly.
Abortionists now routinely dispense RU-486 without even the protection of a video appointment -- giving vulnerable young girls no protection from abusers trying to hide their crimes.
Until now, the abortion lobby has quickly spread the use of abortion pills.
And pro-abortion politicians have been happy to avoid taking any responsibility for the quickly growing chemical slaughter of the unborn.
