Roe is Overturned
But We Must Still End Abortion
Pro-lifers everywhere celebrated when the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade on June 24, 2022.

But abortion has not ended just because Roe v. Wade is out of the picture.

While twelve states have banned abortion, the number of abortions nationally remains virtually unchanged:

- Twenty-one states protect abortion until viability or beyond.

- Eighteen states have “shield” laws that protect their abortionists who violate pro-life laws protections in other states by sending abortion pills across state borders.

- Abortionists lure tens of thousands of minors across state lines every year to avoid state parental notification laws.

The best way to stop this slaughter is to pass the federal Life at Conception Act, introduced by Congressman Eric Burlison, which uses Congress’ power under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution to protect the right to life of all persons beginning at the moment of conception.
