In the four years that President Biden was in office, he reversed virtually all of President Trump’s executive orders limiting abortion and expanded federal financing of abortions and abortion pills to record levels.

Even though President Trump has already used his executive power in his second term to reduce tax dollars that flow to abortionists, Planned Parenthood alone still receives more than $500 MILLION per year from taxpayers.

And in four years, the cycle could start all over again.

Loopholes Allow Abortionists

To Continue Receiving Hundreds of Millions in Taxpayers’ Money

Congress’ budget limiting taxpayer funding for abortion was a huge step forward, but it was only a first step:

​

• It defunds Planned Parenthood for only one year.

​

• It affects only the largest of Planned Parenthood’s clinics and it halts only the taxpayer dollars that the abortion giant gets from Medicaid.

​

• Most abortionists other than Planned Parenthood, which performs the majority of abortions in the United States, will continue to receive tax dollars.

​

The Zero Tax Dollars for Abortion Act will close all these loopholes.

​

You see, abortionists continue to take in hundreds of millions of tax dollars from Medicaid by defining abortion as “health care” and using your money for their “overhead.” Taxpayers are forced to fund abortionists for:

​

• fraudulent claims that enlarge the size of the Medicaid government handout,

​

• the facilities and equipment used to kill the unborn,

​

• staff salaries and benefits, including incentives to meet abortion quotas, and

​

• abortion advocacy programs that “sell” the lies of the abortion lobby.

​

The Zero Tax Dollars for Abortion Act would protect taxpayers from being forced to underwrite these deadly operational costs and prohibit federal funds from going to ANY entity that provides abortions.

The Zero Tax Dollars for Abortion Act: A Permanent Solution

What’s needed is not a patchwork of temporary restrictions or executive orders that can be reversed with the next administration. The answer is permanent, binding legislation that cuts off all federal funding to ANY entity that provides abortions -- directly or indirectly.

​

The Zero Tax Dollars for Abortion Act would do exactly that. It would shut down every loophole, close the Medicaid backdoor, and stop the steady stream of federal money flowing to the abortion industry once and for all.

The Political Reality

Many politicians claim to be pro-life while continuing to vote for budgets that funnel billions of dollars to abortion providers. But the truth is simple: any lawmaker who votes to fund abortionists is not truly pro-life.

It’s time for accountability. By forcing a vote on legislation like the Zero Tax Dollars for Abortion Act, we can put every member of Congress on record -- no more hiding behind vague statements or half-measures. Either they stand with life, or they stand with the abortion lobby.
